Orders can be placed via website, email, or phone. Provide the product number and requested quantity.

PROCESSING TIME:
Orders are typically processed within 5-7 working days. All products will be fresh crafted, and will have a 8 month edible life. Processing time depends on amount and product specification.
PRODUCT FRESHNESS:
All products are freshly crafted and have an 8-months edible life.

CUSTOME ORDER:
If you are interested in custom orders. Our talented team is happy to make something special for you. Please let us know about your idea or send photos. When the sample will be ready, we will send you a photo with the finished product and a final price to accept, if you are happy you can place an order for a custom product, the minimum order is 10 items. Custom order processing time can be slid longer.
Packaging
All products are individually packed in clear food safety bags with carton base inside.
REFUND
In cases where items are damaged through transit or you are unhappy with the product quality please contact us in 48 hours and we will replace the order free of charge or send you a full refund.
